Rave - Mask

I'm sure we all have those days when one looks at their skin and just see's dull skin looking right back at them. I've said before but will say it again, I suffer from adult acne so add to that dull skin some scaring and if we're lucky maybe even some blemishes... On days like this I can get really down on my skin and feel like giving it a little pep talk. Time for another rave - My Face Works Masks in I Need A Clear Day: 

What it is:
This product is a facial sheet mask. The brand My Face Works has a whole bunch of specially formulated kinds that vary from maintenance to prevention to rescue. I decided on the one focusing on clear skin: I Need A Clear Day box of 6 masks from their Rescue line. This kind is meant to clear your skin and reduce blemish marks with over drying. It's made for use on normal and oily skin. The masks combat mild acne while cleaning clogged pores to minimize breakouts. They brighten skin to prevent post-blemish hyper-pigmentation and evens out skin tone. The mask itself is a non-woven fabric cloth mask which is soaked in the concentrated ingredients which are witch hazel extract (aids to puffy skin and reduces pore size), aloe barbadensis leaf juice (helps skin repair and increases the resilience of the skin), and kiwi extract (antioxidant). 

Why I love it: 
They're fun! I love any excuse to just sit and relax for 20 minutes in my busy life, which I'm sure you can all relate! They come in individually wrapped masks with holes cut into the fabric for your eyes, nose, and mouth. It's a little cool and very wet. I use one a week and leave it on for 20 minutes and then take it of and throw it away. Afterwards my skin feels smooth and soft and has that healthy look to it. The only way I can describe how these smell is CLEAN. I absolutely love to treat my skin and I find that these are my favorite way to do so. I would love to try the other kinds and hope to do so in the near future.
